FREEDOM

By: Nicolas Epperson
1st Grade

What is freedom? Most people think that freedom means that you can do what you want whenever you want. Adults have freedom and children should have them too. Why should children have to wait until they are grown-ups before they have freedoms?

All children should be free to play outside, read a book, go to church and visit others. All children should be able to go to school and even to the library.

Freedom means to me that I can live. God created me to be free. I am free to run, play, and share with others. I am free to pray, read my Bible and go to church.

I am thankful that I am free. I pray that all children can be free like ME!!

The son of Terry and LaJuan Epperson, Nicolas attends Durbin Elementary, in Noblesville, Indiana.
